17 women crossed the Kaiwi Channel on Sunday, May 14th for the Pa’a Hawaii 2023 Kaiwi Channel Solo OC1 World Championships. The top 5 women to reach the finish line were all in their 40s: Kristin Foster, Lindsey Shank, Lauren Spalding, Beata Markin, Anella Borges. Kelly and Will have the honor of sitting down with Women's OC1 WINNER Kristin Foster to talk about her race, training, and everything in between.
